Pre-Order / On Demand Terms of Use

The Pre-Order / On Demand feature is now available.

Pre-Ordered items have an average estimated time of delivery between 4 and 6 weeks from time of ordering, however, please allow time for unpredictable delays in transit times, including delivery delays, holidays and customs delays. We encourage our customers to get in touch, if they have any concerns or queries about the delivery of their pre-ordered items.

It is upon the customer's discretion to inform us about any changes or special conditions that may affect the delivery of any pre-ordered items, and we will be happy to accommodate that, should Diavazo Greek Books be given enough notice and should this be within our power to do so.

If a pre-ordered item is out-of-print at the time of the purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of it. Shipping charges may be refunded if all pre-ordered items are cancelled due to failure to supply them or customer cancellation.

Shipping charges may still apply if the final subtotal order falls under the free shipping subtotal threshold after any cancellations/refund requests.

Pre-orders are fully refundable if refund requests are made within 14 days after checkout inclusive, or if the products ordered have already arrived and are ready to be dispatched.

Refunds may not issued after the cooling-off period has elapsed or if the products  have arrived and are ready to be dispatched or have already shipped.

In the event where Diavazo Greek Books has taken all reasonable and predicted measures to prevent delivery issues (including mis-labelling,quality control of packages and items before dispatching or failing to indicate a purchase as a pre-order), as described in the relevant policies (Returns & Refunds, Refunds, Shipping & Delivery and Pre-Orders Terms and Conditions policies), then Diavazo Greek Books is not liable for any refunds relating to the delivery issues. This excludes item being returned by the delivery carrier to Diavazo Greek Books due to no collection or rejection of the parcel. In this case, upon agreement with the customer, only the value of the products ordered can be refunded, once these have reached Diavazo Greek Books premises safely upon return. Should the customer wish for the items to be returned this will incur a handling fee, depending on the size of the parcel.
