Shipping & Delivery Policy


Order tracking numbers are only available for orders shipped by our courier service. Royal Mail deliveries will not have a tracking number, apart from the Express Delivery ones (estimated delivery time 1-2 working days) . This means that in the case of a loss in transit that was not Diavazo's fault, we cannot issue refunds and replacements are subject to stock availability. If you have more queries and require more clarifications on this, please contact us.

Part refunds / replacements may still be available in a case of loss in transit and with evidence that we have done our best to ensure the books left our premises intact; subject to admin fees.


All items showing the 'Pre-Order' button can be purchased normally. They will be expected to be shipped out between 4-6 weeks from order time. If you're unsure, please get in touch over WhatsApp or email and we will be able to inform you more specifically on estimated delivery times about the items that interest you.

If you are unsure you have pre-ordered an item, this will be visible under every item's title on the order confirmation page after you have placed the order. If unable to find this page, please consult the link of the order confirmation emailed to you. If you are still encountering difficulties, feel free to email or WhatsApp us.

UK orders

  • Express shipping indicates shipment will be sent by Next Day Courier. Standard shipping indicates Standard courier services.

  • All UK orders over £49.99 are shipped for free, by a 3-day+ courier or Economy Royal Mail Service, depending on the order. This means items will arrive within 2-3 working days normally but please allow for up to 5 working days. A few courier services usually give an estimated time of delivery of a week after a parcel has been dropped off so that they can be legally covered for any unforeseeable delays but they aim at delivering within 2-3 working days.

  • All UK orders under £10 are shipped by Second Class Standard Royal Mail Services for £3.20 or Express (Royal Mail 1st Class or Tracked 24) for £4.99.

  • All UK orders under £49.99 and above £10 are shipped by either a 2-day+ Service (Royal Mail or courier) for £5.50 or with a next working day courier service for £8.50. Next working day delivery applies for orders placed before 10am. Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday ONLY.

  • We are not liable for any missed collections of the parcels that may affect the Next Day or standard courier deliveries and we cannot take any responsibility for any delays occurred or issue refunds in this instance. We are more than happy to assist you if you want more information/advice on whether booking a Next Day Delivery is the best option before proceeding to checkout.

  • Part refunds for Next Day deliveries will be issued in credit for future orders and only in the event of Diavazo's mistake during the shipment booking process.

  • In the case where orders need to be shipped out in different consignments (follow-up out-of-stock items, later order additions, etc.) and Next Day Courier delivery has been selected and paid for, the first consignment will be sent out on a Next Day Delivery service whereas any follow-up consignments will be dispatched by the standard courier service.

  • For certain postcodes, the courier service is not available. In this case, and depending on the size and value of the order, items may be shipped in separate consignments. If you wish to have a different arrangement, do contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
  • Shipping costs include postage and packing and are liable to any changes in rates incurred by the shipping providers.

  • For part-available orders, there is the option of sending part of the order out, upon agreement with the customer, at no extra cost.

  • For out-of-stock item orders (backorders) , there will be no refund of shipping costs. However, you will be offered the option to either cancel, replace or wait for the back-ordered items. In the case of cancellation, if the order subtotal is less than the subtotal eligible for free shipping after the cancelled item is removed, then the postage & packing costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • Free Collection is available from our premises - contact us before or after placing the order and we can arrange a suitable time and date for collection.


International Orders

  • International orders are all shipped using Royal Mail International Standard or Economy services or sometimes using selected courier services, under specific circumstances.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated before checkout, upon completion of the delivery address and postcode.

  • Tracking numbers are not available for parcels shipped by Royal Mail International Standard / Economy services.

  • Estimated delivery times to European destinations vary between 5 to 15 working days, whereas to destinations belonging to World Zone 1 and World Zone 2, please allow more time for the delivery of goods. USA consists of a separate shipping zone World Zone 3.

  • Depending on the size and value of certain orders, items may be shipped in separate consignments.

  • Shipping costs include postage and packing and are liable to any changes in rates incurred by the shipping providers.

  • FREE Shipping for EU orders over £100* - *despite Diavazo's best precautions and practices not to cause any inconvenience by incurring charges, this does not cover potential customs clearance excesses at country of destination or any other incurring charges outside of Diavazo's control.
